A: The community served at Park River Estates is not only the Coon Rapids community but the elderly community. This place provides a safe, friendly place for seniors to live as it becomes harder for them to take care of themselves. Park River also takes care of some people that are not elderly, but have diseases and/or disabilities that inable them from functioning on their own.

A: Park River allows it's residents to feel at home at all times and have a reputation for being very friendly. They give the elderly a chance to interract socially with other people like themselves and live out the rest of their lives productively.
